Craftmark general terms and conditions for special offers.

  1. The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions“) define general rules of special offers provided by Craftmark Pty Ltd. with registered office at Unit 19 Sovereign Place, South Windsor NSW 2756.
  2. Special offers provided by Craftmark may in particular include:
    a) special prices – i.e. lowering prices of all products or products from a selected category currently offered by Craftmark during the period of validity of such special offer;
    b) special offers on shipping fees – i.e. covering by the Organiser in part or in full shipping fees for goods of a particular value purchased during the period of validity of such special offer;
    c) special gifts – i.e. gifts provided by the Organiser after purchasing products from a selected category or products of a particular value currently offered by Craftmark;
    d) after satisfying certain conditions or unconditionally granting a discount code for next purchase at Craftmark.
  3. Special offers shall be provided by the Organiser in accordance with the principles set out in these Terms and Conditions, amended by announcements provided in the "Special offers" section on www.craftmark.com.au website, sent via Craftmark Newsletter, sent via e-mail, or published in other forms. Should a formula of a particular special offer differ from the rules defined in the Terms and Conditions, its conditions shall be defined in a separate terms and conditions document.
  4. An announcement of a special offer shall define in particular its character, conditions for participation, timeframe, territorial scope, and the group of Craftmark customers the offer is applicable to.
  5. Each special offer has a timeframe provided in its announcement. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any special offer at any time.
  6. A special offer can be used at any time during its period of validity.
  7. Participation in special offers is free of charge and voluntary.
  8. Participation in special offers is open to a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit not having legal personality, to whom legal capacity is granted by the act(hereinafter referred to as a "Participant"), after satisfying all of the following conditions:
    a) They have a customer account in the Craftmark sales system;
    b) They have read and accepted in full the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
    c) They have a place of residence or registered office in the territory covered by a particular special offer with limited territorial scope;
    d) They are members of a group of Craftmark customers to whom the particular special offer is addressed, in case of special offers applicable only to selected categories of customers;
    e) They have satisfied all the conditions of eligibility for a special offer defined in the announcement and in these Terms and Conditions;
    f) entering by the Participant and Craftmark into a sales or delivery agreement for goods in Craftmark’s offer, and executing such agreements is not prohibited by Australian or international law.
  9. Unless the announcement for a special offer states otherwise, special offers are applicable to customers placing orders in any available form.
  10. Should the Participant be granted a discount code for their next purchase at Craftmark, the validity period of such code and the rules of redeeming it shall be defined in the announcement of the special offer.
  11. Special offers cannot be combined with one another unless detailed terms and conditions of a given special offer state otherwise.
  12. Special prices do not apply to shipping fees, unless the contents of the announcement state otherwise.
  13. If a special offer is about the Organiser granting a gift to the Participant after satisfying certain conditions or unconditionally, the Participant is eligible for receiving such gift only once. The gift shall be added to a parcel with the goods ordered, or delivered to the Participant in a separate parcel at the expense of the Organiser. Should the Participant execute their statutory right to withdraw from a distance agreement, such gift shall be returned along with the returned goods, in accordance with the rules stipulated by the law.
  14. Sales of goods covered by a special offer by Craftmark is realised in accordance with the conditions published at the Craftmark website www.craftmark.com.au or any subdomains of www.craftmark.com.au, unless trade cooperation is realised based on individually agreed upon conditions explicitly confirmed by Craftmark in writing.
  15. Participation in a special offer is a confirmation that the Participant has read and accepted the announcement of the special offer and these Terms and Conditions.
  16. To the extent permitted by the law, legal obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions are regulated by Australian and state law.
  17. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as terms and conditions of a particular special offer for a significant reason, providing that such alterations do not infringe rights acquired by the Participants. Any such alterations of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be included in the form of an Appendix to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  18. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1st June 2023.
